While there is hardly any new development anymore for SLOF (the Slimline Open Firmware implementation that is used for the pseries machine of QEMU) except for some occasional bug fixes, the project is not completely dead yet.

To avoid manual compile and regression testing, I recently added some CI pipelines to the new repository at gitlab.com. They are still in a simple shape, but the “board-qemu” pipeline is already configured to publish the “boot_rom.bin” firmware image, so you can grab the latest firmware build there in case you need it for testing or for a recent bug fix that did not make it into the QEMU repository yet.
