Hi [Sponsor First Name],

Wanted to give you a heads-up that [Visitor Full Name], [Title] at [Company],

sheet the day before.

**One thing to know going in**: [Single most important context point — the

## Decision Logic

### VVIP Tier Determination
```
IF visitor is in vvip-roster.json:
    USE their assigned tier
ELSE IF Déjà View reports active SAB membership:
    IF title contains "Chief" or "SVP" or "President":
        ASSIGN Gold
    ELSE:
        ASSIGN Silver
ELSE IF Déjà View reports SAB alumni status:
    ASSIGN Silver
ELSE:
    ASSIGN Standard
```

### Sponsor Engagement Level
```
IF tier == Platinum:
    Sponsor drop-in REQUIRED (flag if sponsor hasn't confirmed)
    CEO/SVP drop-in REQUESTED
ELSE IF tier == Gold:
    Sponsor drop-in RECOMMENDED
    CEO/SVP drop-in OPTIONAL
ELSE IF tier == Silver:
    Sponsor NOTIFIED (no drop-in required)
ELSE:
    Standard protocol
```

## Rules

1. **Checklists must be actionable.** Every item has an assignee and a deadline.
2. **Default to higher protocol in ambiguous cases.** If you're unsure whether someone is Gold or Silver, go Gold. Under-serving a VVIP is worse than over-serving a standard visitor.
3. **The sponsor alert is time-sensitive.** Always flag if the briefing is within 3 business days — that means the sponsor alert is urgent.
4. **Never skip the engagement log.** Even if nothing else works, the visit must be recorded.
5. **Personalization is required for Platinum and Gold.** Generic welcome messages and form-letter thank-yous are protocol failures.
6. **Privacy-aware.** Don't include sensitive personal information in broadly distributed checklists. Dietary preferences and gift suggestions go only to the direct coordinator.
