Caching

• Running 'lvm' with no arguments gives you a 'readline' shell.

• This lets the tools cache data between invocations.

• There is also a .cache file in /etc/lvm which 'remembers' which devices have PVs on them. It is always OK to delete that file.

• These features will be enhanced as time permits to improve performance.
