virt-p2v is an experimental live CD for migrating physical machines to virtual machine guests.

2009-01-20: Version 0.9.9 released. This fixes a problem where P2V wouldn't work if the root filesystem wasn't on LVM. Also rebased to Fedora 10, so it should support all the latest hardware.
2008-03-19: Version 0.9.7 released. Massively overhauled, with a new Newt-based interface and lots more features.
2008-02-09: Version 0.9.5 released. This fixes an important bug to do with parsing comments in /etc/fstab.
2008-02-07: Version 0.9.4 released. Allow users to turn off compression (compression slows things down on fast networks).
2008-02-05: Version 0.9.3 released. Fixes for Xen. Red Hat Enterprise Linux paravirt drivers.
2008-02-05: Version 0.9.2 released. Build changes so now we use autoconf instead of a raw Makefile.
2008-02-04: Version 0.9.1 released. This is a substantial rewrite with many extra features (please see the ChangeLog for a complete list).
2008-01-14: Version 0.7 released. Rebased to Fedora 8, many stability enhancements. Thank you to several Red Hat users and customers who have been patiently testing the last few versions.
