The most recent version of libghttp is 1.0.9. You can get it from GNOME ftp server. However, I wouldn't suggest using it. It's more or less unmaintained.

Daily RPMS for Mozilla can now be found at:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-trunk/Red_Hat_7x_RPMS/

RPMS for releases for Mozilla releases should be in their respective release directory. The first release that should show up with RPMS is 0.8.1. Older releases can still be found here.
