I have a black and grey/silver LowePro camera bag that I bought at a Wolf Camera in NC approximately a year ago. It has a single snap buckle (of a clear-ish plastic) that closes the top compartment. The buckle has broken -- one of the prongs snapped off as it was being closed. (From looking at your website, I think it may be a Nova 5 from the Nova series, not certain though -- that was the closest match.) It's been used lightly, and I was very disappointed to have it break, as I paid quite a bit to get what I thought was a nicer quality bag. I *love* this camera bag and don't want to have to switch. I'd like to know if it's possible to have the bag repaired or replaced? Dear Bascha, I believe the bag your describing is an Edge 300/Black. This is our only bag sporting the clear buckle you mention. The Edge Series is under exclusive distribution by Ritz/Wolf and as such we don't have any in our warehouse. All replacements need to be addressed through a Ritz/Wolf shop. Defective bags will be credited to Ritz/Wolf without question. If you have difficulty exchanging your bag due to the normal 30 day Ritz/Wolf policy I can contact your local shop on your behalf and arrange a replacement.
